Everything about The hotel and the Accomodation and the staff was absolutely excellent. There were accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and as it was our 40th wedding anniversary they made it special for us we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The food the weight was served and presented all I could say we will definitely go there again the management the staff were great thank you.
The oldie world type of the Little rooms off where you could eat the thatched roof on the building it was excellent

The key to this location is the staff! They were amaaazing all the way through our stay. Robin, Chelsea, and especially Ethan really accommodated our needs well. The evening meal was lush and well priced. The location is also excellent, this is an up and coming pub in my view. The breakfast was really really good btw!
TBH, only 1 observation - the 3 rooms are a bit "tired" however, hot off the press, the rooms are about to be refurbished, which is great news. I see great potential here, and we stayed this year to go the Purbeck Valley Folk Festival, and we have already booked this location for next years festival!
