Beautiful apartments.
Not far from Kotu Fire station so in a short distance to the main roundabout of Kotu BB.
It has gas cooker, oven and kettle. Fridge and freeze.
Hot water.
Nice living room with TV and aircon in the bedroom and living room.
Shower towel provided and you can use a washing machine which is downstairs.
These apartments have everything you need so it’s a plus for people looking for standard accomodation.
Great place to be if you prefer more local environment at good location within shorter distance feom Palma rima, kotu BB.
There is a local shop opposite the apartments where you can buy your bread, coffee and eggs for breakfast.
The manager and owner of the place were always cheking if everything was ok and are very easy going.

Reasonable price & not too far from the coast. No security issues at all
We were told it was a two bedroom apartment with a sofa bed as well, but this was just a sofa, so one of us had to sleep on that and there was no bedding supplied for it either. The showers were poor with a very weak flow. On the kitchen front we had one mug, one glass, no cutlery or pots & pans etc. So perhaps self catering means you have to bring all your own utensiles as well. No wonder the cooker looked unused.
