Nice and Clean and in good position to achieve Cortina in circa 40 minutes. Both owner and agency help us and a friend of us who needed an urgent stay! That was really kind and we appreciated!
Everything was perfect except from the hardness of the bed. Being not so small and needed to sleep in the small bed, it was really too hard to sleep properly. However that’s just my perception due to my size and bodyweight :)

spaziosità, posizione comoda, servizi attorno, e panorama; molto pratico l'accesso e anche poter stabilire insieme ai proprietari la temperatura dell'appartamento a seconda degli orari di presenza; ottimi i consigli sui vari servizi nei pressi; curioso di poterlo provare anche d'estate
personalmente un po' più di spazio per divani e poltrone nella zona giorno; magari un ripostiglio (anche esterno con chiave) per gli sci
