Views stunning, that's about where it ends

Beautiful location and views overlooking the river. Excellent outdoor seating

The house was so dirty, it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There were spider webs covering all outdoor furniture and many spiders inside the house. Beds are very uncomfortable, seating around table very uncomfortable. The entire house is filled with horrible smelling air fresheners that we had to take outside for the duration of our stay. Very disappointing as we stayed here 9 years ago and had nothing bad to note. The property needs a lot of TLC.
