The location is excellent, and the sea view is beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped for family cooking, and the spacious living room with a good TV made it comfortable for everyone to relax together.
The property is advertised as a 3-bedroom villa, but in practice it's a 2-bedroom villa with an additional nap/reading room. There are indeed 3 beds and 3 bathrooms, but the beachfront room on the second floor has no wardrobe or ensuite bathroom — guests staying there need to go downstairs and use the one off the living room, which isn't very private when the whole family is around. The key handover could also have been more welcoming; arriving with my family after a long trip, a friendlier attitude from the host would have made a big difference.

Отдыхаем семьей в виллах siam royal view третий раз. Если первые два раза были схожи с попаданием в рай на земле, то в этот раз отдых был слегка омрачен. Первый аспект - отношение хоста Utalay Koh Chang villas к гостям. Впервые за 20 лет путешествий по всему миру я получил от хоста претензии-условия, что если они не смогут отстирать простыни от естественных пятен, они выставят нам штраф... Это при стоимости ~3000$ за 15 ночей. Уборка виллы очень посредственная, гораздо хуже, чем в 24 и 25 годах. Отдельно отмечу полив газона - садовнику плевать на лежаки, личные вещи, он просто ставит поливалку и заливает водой всё в радиусе её работы.
Второй аспект не относится в данной вилле, но к региону в целом. В конце марта жуткие отливы, море практически всегда по колено на протяжении сотен метров. А также нашествие мошек sandfly - все гости вилл в округе ходят в укусах!
