Everything was stylish and clean with quality beds and linen for a great night sleep, two en-suite bedrooms, (one at ground floor and one at first floor level) a further double at first floor and a trundle bed to the smallest room at first floor, a shower room at first floor and a wc at ground floor. Large partially open plan kitchen diner and sitting room
There is air con, a washing machine, dishwasher, coal bbq plus an unheated swimming pool and gardens (gardener comes each day early but is quiet and very friendly)
Sun on the front of the house in the morning (pool area) and rear of the house early evening (patio area)
All set in a good location, short drive or uber to the beach, tennis club, supermarket, restaurants and short transfer to Faro airport
Good comms from the team running the Villa, Flex to allow us entry 1 hour early
Our group of 5 friends had a lovely stay and would stay again
Building works nearby, obviously can’t be helped but worth a mention
Larger deposit than other accommodation in the area to secure the booking at £800 which is held for up to 20 days after departure
No flex without charge on departure time although the Villa did not have incoming guests ie €30 -€90 charge to check out late
Patio table and chairs are stone looks good but uncomfortable, hard and cold so not so practical
Top part of stone stairs has no handrail
