Summary:
Welcome to this tiny home located in Sailfish RV Resort. The newest luxury RV Resort in Port Aransas. This in town community is located right next to the ship channel and has endless things to experience. The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond.
The Space:
Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. The house has a King size bed down stairs and a Queen size bed upstairs in the loft. There are full size appliances and an amazing shower in the bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire tiny home, including the downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and the upstairs loft with a full-size bed. Enjoy the full-size appliances and amazing shower in the bathroom. Step outside to your private 15x12 foot palapa, complete with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill, granite countertops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights, and a fan. You'll also have access to the Sailfish RV Resort amenities, including the oversized heated community pool, kids' splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility, and birding pond.

We booked this in December for an early June vacation and messaged the manager inquiring about the propane tank for the outside kitchen to make sure it would be available. The plan was for most all of our meals at the grill. When we arrived the tank was missing. We were told if we purchased a tank we would be reimbursed. Original messaging implied a tank would arrive shortly. After more text messaging the following day, a tank was delivered 24 hrs after check in. Alas, the grill worked once then would not restart. Wifi info was lacking w/ check in info, was readily given when asked, but spotty and we ultimately used our hot spot. There were ants in the house, and we had to throw food away. We did not notify the manager about the grill, wifi issues, nor the ants. I cannot fault someone for an issue they did not know of. There is a half wall for the shower, but a curtain would be helpful to prevent water on the floor. With that said, the location was great, area peaceful, neighbors nice, and the pool was a plus. With these small things fixed, it is still a nice place for the money and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had such a great time. The rental was clean and well stocked and it was in a great location. We especially enjoyed the hermit crab that was living on the porch. Such a beautiful beach rental.

The room was clean. I stayed for 5 days one of the reasons I wanted to stay there was because there is an outdoor grill. Unfortunately the propane ran out after my first night. I reached out to management to rectify the situation and i was ignored. The facility is pet friendly and the residents were very pleasant. I had hoped management could of had a higher level of communication and would have been more consistent and considering during my stay since it was for an extended period. I would recommend this property for any short term traveler's. However if you plan on staying for more than 2 nights i would do your due diligence and consider somewhere else. This is not meant to be malicious. Simply informative.
