- Our pool uses solar heating, which is energy-efficient and works with Florida sunshine. The system can raise the pool temperature up to about 10°F to 15F above the outside temperature, so the warmth may vary depending on the weather.
- Driveway parking for 3 cars
- Seamless self check-in with a private code
- Exterior cameras for safety
- 10–18 minutes to top spots like Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, and Tampa Airport

Nice, clean house. Stayed with friends for a long weekend to be near a local friend who lives nearby. Close to restaurants and breweries!

House is solid all the things you need for a visit! Very comfortable place and easy access to main roads in Tampa. Has a park just down street that is water front!
