not a bad part of town when we got there initially it kind of smelled like weed, but not awful and it went away by the end of the day. Everything is very nice and worked. Loved that the fridge had ice and water just make sure to sign out of your Netflix after

Our stay at this house was very nice. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was very close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay at this house!

The host was excellent with communication and the check in process. The home was clean, but not deep cleaned as one would expect. The yard was very over grown, so we didn’t spend a lot of time out there. I wouldn’t say the location is prime, as it took us 15-20 minutes to get to almost all the places we were traveling to during our stay. With all that being said, I would say the home is a 3 star review. The host was more than accommodating and a pleasure to work with, however, I am not sure we’d stay agin in the future.
