Please note that if there are more than two guests, the sofa bed will serve as an additional sleeping space. We kindly ask you to respect the house rules and quiet hours to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

It is expected that after the accommodation the apartment is left in the same condition as when received. Otherwise a minimum charge of 70 € is collected plus the actual costs of the cleaning. Any damage occurring during the accommodation are to be fully charged. A lost key will incur a minimum charge of at least 400€. No smoking in the apartment. There is a designated smoking area in the building`s courtyard. In Finland we don’t wear shoes indoors so we would kindly request you respect that. Silence 9 PM - 8 AM. No partys and no guest.
