About this house rental
Located in Bourg de Visa, this 170 m² cottage accommodates up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and a living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, self check-in, and a baby cot on request.
Outside, relax in the private garden with lake views or on the wooden terrace nestled under oak trees. The private outdoor pool (9 x 4 m) with hot tub is open from June (or May, depending on weather) to mid-September (weather permitting). Children will love the shared playground, while adults can enjoy the communal pool table.
Parking is available in one of 5 shared spaces on the property. One pet is welcome for an extra fee, and smoking is permitted. Arrival from 4 pm, departure by 10 am.
This renovated barn combines authentic charm with modern comfort, featuring exposed beams and stone walls. Just 15 minutes from Golfech, 1 hour from Rocamadour or Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, 35 minutes from Agen, and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Aveyron gorges. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee, as is cleaning service. A daily allowance of 25 kWh is included; any additional usage is available for an extra fee.
