It was the personal touch they had going above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. I will definitely be going back in the near future. The place offers value for money because we only wanted to have a good night rest after a long day and that was exactly what we got. For what we paid Kloofyard exceeded my expectations.
What they can improve in my opinion is maybe the temperature of the shower as it got warm but not hot, othe than that everything was in order. They shower made me feel refreshed so was still good even if it was on the cold side.

Your TV needs an upgrade. I could not watch my shows on your tv i had to use my own netflix account.

Great location, quiet
Carpets were being washed outside in front of guests. They charge you extra to be more accommodating . Their WhatsApp needs to be updated as it offers services that they do not have available .
