Requires renovation, poor customer service

Location

Poorly furnished, chairs instead of bedside cabinets, signs of mold in corners under shower. There's a faucet under the shower, so there must have been a bathtub there at some point, lol. Requires renovation. Getting back my deposit required involving booking.com support
