Great location, lovely views.
It wasn't clear in the online advertisement that this was house 1 of 2 on the block and that the driveway was shared. Therefore privacy and quiet was an issue. Also, the email with details of the house prior to our stay was lacking, as there were no attachments, such as a mentioned photo of the correct parking space for the house. (The property manager was not answering any inquiries via email.) Also, I suggest placing a folder in the house, with logistical details about the house, emergency numbers, local restaurants, tourist destinations, etc. as this would be helpful for non-locals.

The view & the equipment available.
The coffee machine was broken, no pantry in the kitchen food had to be stored on the bench or in the fridge.

The view is incredible from every level.
As a new rental there are some improvements needed, bins in the bathrooms/toilets, a toaster, some cleaning needed of the floors, windows and grounds. The ‘welcome’ emails from the property manager prior to staying could also be improved.

Peaceful location,
well equipped kitchen.
DVD not working, light in one toilet not working, light outside front door not working. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Gap in the sliding in the kitchen leaves a gap, and bugs come inside the kitchen. Overall just a few repairs needed.
