It's situated in an interesting district, full of good places to eat, drink and enjoy the stay in Berlin. The apartment is also very nice and bright.
The block is not so clean and so is the area.

Raph is a wonderful host—very friendly, easygoing, and always happy to help. He takes great care of the property, which is clean, peaceful, and very well located. With my friend, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Raph’s place!

Ich möchte meinem Vermieter Ralf dafür danken, dass er meinen Aufenthalt in Berlin noch bereichernder gemacht hat.
In der Nachbarschaft dieser Wohnung habe ich das Nebeneinander und die Vermischung verschiedener Kulturen sowie die gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme der Bewohner gespürt.
Herr Ralf hat mir in aller Ruhe einen Einblick in das Leben in einem deutschen Mehrfamilienhaus gegeben. Er hat mir zum Beispiel sorgfältig erklärt, wie man die Waschmaschine bedient, und mir sogar einen Platz zum Wäschetrocknen eingerichtet.
Dank des Charmes der Gegend, der praktischen Lage dieser Wohnung und der aufmerksamen Fürsorge meines Vermieters Ralf ist mein ohnehin schon reizvoller Aufenthalt in Berlin noch angenehmer geworden, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin.
Das Zimmer ist übrigens groß genug, um den Koffer auszupacken und die Sachen zu sortieren. Vor den großen Fenstern stehen viele große Bäume, und oft fliegen Wildvögel bis direkt an das Zimmer heran.
Für Reisende, die solche kulturell bedeutsamen Erfahrungen positiv wahrnehmen können, ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.
