Amazing host ! Very kind, attentive and helpful during our stay. The property is very well kept and cared for. The apartment is situated in a very nice area close to supermarkets, mall and the centre of Novi Sad. Cozy apartment equipped with everything you need.
This wasn’t a big deal but during our stay the washing machine wasn’t working and Ivanna was so kind to help us wash our clothes and bring them back to us. She even went Above and beyond to iron our clothes! We couldn’t have asked for better service

This duplex apartment is modern, clean, and located on the 5th floor with a lift. Facing the back, it is very quiet. The lower level has an open-plan kitchen/sitting room with a balcony, and a shower room. On the upper level are the bathroom and two bedrooms with loft windows. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of storage space. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and washing machine all worked well. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions. The apartment is located close to shops and the city centre, making it easy to get around. I would highly recommend Warm Embrace Apartment.
