We had a wonderful stay overall. Everything was very good, and we especially want to mention our waiter, Sanep. He was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. His warm and helpful service really made our experience even more enjoyable.
The lunch was also very delicious and exceeded our expectations. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!
However, there were a few things that disappointed us. We did not expect the location to be quite so remote. The property was advertised as having a “private beach” and a “beach club”, but unfortunately, this was not what we expected from a beach. It was not really possible to swim there, so we could not enjoy the beach experience we had been hoping for.
Getting around was also difficult. There was no Grab service available in the area, so we had to rely on a private driver. While this was convenient, it was also quite expensive. We had to travel around two hours to reach a really beautiful beach, and unfortunately, we were only able to do this for one day.
We stayed in a villa, which was beautiful and had a lovely view. However, the villa itself felt a little impersonal to us and did not completely meet our expectations.
The breakfast was another disappointment. Considering how much we paid, we expected a much wider variety of options. The selection was quite limited, mainly consisting of pancakes, watermelon, and muesli. For people who pay attention to their nutrition or prefer healthier and more balanced options, the choice was unfortunately very limited.
