The setting of the hotel is beautiful - all rooms have lovely green views. The rooms themselves were clean and modern, spacious in size. The staff were very attentive and accommodative, with easy communication through WhatsApp. The breakfast was tasty, as was the food for dinner which we had in 2/3 nights.

The location is somewhat difficult to get to, but they have a tuk tuk (small fee) which can help you out as some cars may struggle to get all the way there. We used the tuk tuk to get into and back from Ella no problem with help from the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Emplacement of hotel is perfect, near to city and fully in middle of amazing nature. Food is good, and staff proposed nice excursions to explore the city which I highly recommend.

Phenomenal service and the most beautiful room, with a stunning view overlooking jungle and the train tracks.

Only complaint is that the showers were fiddly to work.
