Pour 3 nuits cela allait mais je n'aurais pas aimé y passer une semaine

Niet aan te raden. Vochtig en slecht te verluchten. Wel goede ligging in Royan.

Goed gelegen in het centrum van Royan. Redelijk smaakvol ingericht. Je kan parkeren op het terrein.

Kleine studio was zeer vochtig en er hing daardoor de hele tijd een heel muffe geur. Er was geen airco, geen wifi en slechts 1 WC-rol, 1 koffiecapsule, bijna geen zeep. Er zijn ook geen muggenramen, waardoor je 's nachts niet kan verluchten en de vochtigheid ook niet weg te krijgen is.

Séjour mitigé : un emplacement idéal, mais un logement très bruyant et décevant au regard du prix.

Nous étions en vacances entre amies pour deux jours et avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité du centre-ville, situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied.

L’appartement est en réalité un ancien garage aménagé. D’autres locataires saisonniers occupaient le logement situé au-dessus, ce qui a été une véritable source de nuisances. Les conduites d’eau des étages supérieurs passent dans la chambre : chaque utilisation de la machine à laver, des robinets, des toilettes ou de la douche est très bruyante. La ventilation de la salle de bain fonctionne en continu et est également bruyante. Il n’y avait ni connexion Internet, ni réseau téléphonique, le logement étant situé dans un ancien garage. Nous n’avions pas pris l’option draps et serviettes, mais il n’y avait même pas de tapis de bain à disposition. Aucun produit de douche n’était fourni et le distributeur de savon pour les mains était vide. La machine à café est vieillissante : il faut appuyer plusieurs fois avant qu’elle ne fonctionne correctement. Nous avons également constaté des traces de moisissure dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Les frais de ménage s’élèvent à 75 € pour seulement deux nuits, ce qui nous paraît élevé, d’autant plus que nous avions apporté nos propres draps et serviettes. En revanche, la situation géographique est un vrai point fort : le centre-ville est très proche. Il n’y a pas de parking privé, mais des places gratuites sont disponibles dans la rue, même si elles sont rapidement occupées. Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes déçues par ce logement, principalement en raison des nuisances sonores et du rapport qualité-prix

L'emplacement de l'appartement dans la ville. Appartement bien équipé.

L'humidité, son odeur en arrivant et persistante avec les traces sur le plafond de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Les fils des lampes de chevet dénudés. Les plaques de cuisson et la machine à laver qui ne peuvent fonctionner en même temps. Le bruit continu de la VMC !
