Owners are responsive to queries and concerns. They and the housekeeper were welcoming.
The location is 1km from alona beach, there are stores and restos along the road.The place is right infront of the Mist Resto, if you are commuting from airport or from anywhere in panglao, just say MIST Restaurant and locals there knows where it is.
The room was spacious, queen bed, comfy duvet theres a cieling fan and aircon, theres a space to hang clothes inside and outside the room. Hot shower is available and theres a big mirror in the shower area. There are also cable extensions on each side of bed incase needed.
There's a construction going on near the place but its not too loud and they stop operating by 7pm as far as I remember. There's a free coffee and tea anytime during our stay. There's a time during early morning that the wi-fi slows down but most of the time, wi-fi is fast.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property but there is a designated spot outside with seats and table provided.
None, everything about the place is awesome. The room, the location, the service. Everything was great.

Provided everything you needed. Comfy bed. Good AC. Good WiFi. TV. Good bathroom. Quiet just out the way of town but still within walking distance or short Tuk tuk. Water, tea coffee etc

Front desk was helpful, they are there just till early afternoon, if need something need to WhatsApp them, worth the price, just a bit far walking to alona beach, with scooter is easier to go around, room was ok, bed comfy, new aircon, shower was with limited water not sure for saving water or some other issue, view was just a back side of the hotel, good stay for the price we paid.

Pas de pommeau de douche donc impossible de bien se laver, pas de débit …horrible

Les femmes de ménages ont fait le ménage en laissant la fenêtre ouverte sans mettre la moustiquaire, une grosse araignée est rentrée
Les horaires Check in et Check out sont courtes avec frais si on dépasse, une blague sachant qu’il y a aucune présence à l’accueil sauf le matin rapidement
L’eau fournit est du robinet ne la buvet pas, les verres ne sont pas protégés, rien d’autres en équipement
