Cleanliness and overall space
The facility makes a final inspection on the room after check out procedure which wasn’t discussed at check in and they this process delayed my checkout and I almost missed my flight. The staff would not open the gate to let me leave until final inspection was complete . Also the location is inconvenient, no access to public transportation
