In general the stay was great, breakfast was good as well as the living spaces and the wellness facilities.
Everything was very clear and well organised.
The opening hours of all the wellness option should be extended. It is weird that most of them are only open from 16-20.00. The heated swimming pool is open from 7-19.00.
Also the table tennis area, needs new rackets and balls, because the current ones are hardly usable any more.
The washing machine needing 3 coins of €1 was a bit weird, when all the other facilities were included or easy to use.

Modern, neu, traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge, schönes spa Bereich, warme Außenpools, gutes Frühstück.
Wir haben 3 Nächte übernachtet, unser Zimmer wurde kein einziges mal gereinigt.
Es gab kein Shampoo und Duschgel in der Dusche im Zimmer und auch nicht im saunabereich. Es gab letztendlich nur ein all in 1 Mittel am Waschbecken- sehr unbequem.
Die Wand in der begehbaren Dusche zu kurz, der ganze Boden war ständig nass. Keine Standard Hygieneartikel im Zimmer ( wattepads, ohrstäbchen und co), und Hausschuhe nur nach Nachfrage.
