Our group of 19 people stayed in 5 rooms at your property. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of the rooms.
The rooms were not properly cleaned before our arrival. The beds were dirty, the bed sheets and blankets had stains, and even the bathroom bucket and mug were dirty. We also experienced a serious problem with the water supply, as there was no running water. The air conditioners were very old and did not cool the rooms at all, so we had to rely on fans.
Most importantly, the actual rooms were completely different from the photos advertised online. The pictures gave us a much better impression than what we found upon arrival.
As accommodation providers, cleanliness and basic facilities should be your highest priority. Guests should never have to sleep on dirty bedding or stay in rooms that are not properly maintained.
We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of your rooms so that future guests will not have the same disappointing experience.
