We absolutely loved our stay at Emerald Angkor Siem Reap! We stayed for 11 nights and honestly could not fault our experience.
We spent many of our days relaxing by the beautiful pool, sipping on the most delicious mango smoothies made by Neth. Neth was such a lovely, friendly staff member and definitely helped make our stay extra special. In fact, all of the staff were absolutely wonderful – so welcoming, kind and attentive throughout our entire stay.
Every day when we returned, we were greeted at reception with a refreshing cold towel and cold tea, which was such a lovely touch, especially after being out in the Cambodian heat!
Our room was fantastic – very large, spacious and comfortable, with a HUGE bathroom, which we absolutely loved. Having so much space made it feel like a home away from home, particularly as we were staying for 11 nights.
The location was also perfect for us. It was around a 15-minute walk into town, or only about five minutes by tuk tuk, so everything was very easy to get to while the hotel itself still felt peaceful and relaxing.
We genuinely have no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful pool, spacious rooms, fantastic location and, most importantly, wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome.
10/10 from us. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap! Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and you walk into an oasis of tranquility. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable matrasses and silent airco. The bathroom was perfect. The team of Mr Luan is very friendly, accommodating and supportive. Finally the swimming pool is gorgeous and slightly chilled. This hotel was exactly what we needed at this moment in our journey through SEA. A perfect moment to relax and rejuvenate.
Take your time to properly explain your travel plans and desires to the team. They understand English, but might have to consult with each other. Be patient, take your time and a few reiterations and it will work out fine.
