-Very clean and beautiful.
-Located on a quiet side street. A big advantage!
-Very sweet, kind, gentle and professional staff and a considerate manager.
-Water served to pool guests, great smoothies at the pool side restaurant. Very clean pool and comfortable chairs.
-Affordable (5usd) but limited breakfast- the item ordered from the menu was good, but perhaps also other items like juice, fruit and yogurt could be available on request as well, then all items could simply be stored in the kitchen- atleast during low season.
-Many excellent restaurants and cafes in the area, like Haven and Spoons.
-Taxis always close by, hotel is easy to find.
-Affordable and tasty food, restaurant open until 2230, which is great if you return late from Phare Circus, for example.
-Single beds are nice and wide- perhaps 110cm.
-Additional storage would be useful
-A lamp near the mirrow in the bathroom would be good.
-Family suite 222: as the second bedroom fitted with a king bed has no window, it would be nice if there was lamp in addition to the ceiling light. Bedside lights, for example.
-Yet as family rooms are hard to find, this is a good choice, and the double rooms are great.

We absolutely loved our stay at Emerald Angkor Siem Reap! We stayed for 11 nights and honestly could not fault our experience.
We spent many of our days relaxing by the beautiful pool, sipping on the most delicious mango smoothies made by Neth. Neth was such a lovely, friendly staff member and definitely helped make our stay extra special. In fact, all of the staff were absolutely wonderful – so welcoming, kind and attentive throughout our entire stay.
Every day when we returned, we were greeted at reception with a refreshing cold towel and cold tea, which was such a lovely touch, especially after being out in the Cambodian heat!
Our room was fantastic – very large, spacious and comfortable, with a HUGE bathroom, which we absolutely loved. Having so much space made it feel like a home away from home, particularly as we were staying for 11 nights.
The location was also perfect for us. It was around a 15-minute walk into town, or only about five minutes by tuk tuk, so everything was very easy to get to while the hotel itself still felt peaceful and relaxing.
We genuinely have no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful pool, spacious rooms, fantastic location and, most importantly, wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome.
10/10 from us. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap! Highly recommended.
