Die Lage ist super. Nah zu Bahn und Metro sowie vielen Geschäften (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Apotheke,...) Die Wohngegend ist ansprechend und in der Nacht auch ruhig.
Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und funktional ausgestattet. Platzdeckchen auf dem Glastisch / Esstisch würde die Gemütlichkeit verbessern.
Das Öffnen der Wohnungstür mit dem Schlüssel war nicht einfach. Da brauchte es immer mehrere Versuche.
Toilettensitz rutschte auf dem Toilettenbecken.

L'emplacement, la clarté des explications pour l'arrivée. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, avec ce qui est nécessaire pour la vaisselle et serviettes de bain. Propreté, le logement est spacieux. Même si c'est une rue commerçante, très calme le soir.
Appartement mal isolé au niveau sonore, on vit avec le voisin et les derniers RER jusqu'à 00h30. On entend le voisin tousser, parler, écouter la tv/radio. On ressent les vibrations des trains et on entend un grondement car la gare RER se trouve en dessous.

Drainage from the bathroom sink is problematic.
Train rumbles a bit underneath periodically but you get use to it.
Walks are not soundproofed.
Wifi is poor and keeps dropping out. Tricky if you are trying to work from the apartment
