Foi ok, mas poderia ser melhor

A localização é ótima e tem um bom custo benefício, tem alguns diferenciais como secador de cabelo que é ótimo.

Infelizmente ainda tem muitos pontos a melhorar, o banheiro não tinha toalha de rosto e no box não tem um suporte pra colocar o sabonete. O Wi-Fi não funciona e os travesseiros são tão altos que me deixou com dor de pescoço.

Propaganda enganosa da piscina

Durante a minha estadia, a acomodação foi apresentada no Booking como possuindo piscina, o que foi um fator determinante para a minha escolha. No entanto, ao chegar ao local, fui informado de que a piscina estava fechada e sem condições de uso, informação que não constava no anúncio nem foi comunicada previamente. Tentei resolver a situação durante a estadia, inclusive por meio de contato com o Booking, mas nenhuma providência foi tomada. A comodidade anunciada simplesmente não estava disponível conforme descrito no momento da reserva. Registro aqui minha insatisfação, pois se trata de uma descrição incorreta do serviço oferecido, o que gerou frustração e prejuízo à experiência, especialmente considerando as altas temperaturas.
