Access can be a bit tricky from the small road, the second entrance with parking is much better, so search on google maps.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG. Die Dusche war verstopft und entsprechend dreckig. Der Kühlschrank war überfüllt und ging nicht mehr zu, das Leergut lag herum, die Küche war nicht sauber, die Fenster im Schlafzimmer waren richtig dreckig, die Bettwäsche hat intensiv gerochen…

Schöne Wohnung, mit schönen Räumen, aber leider verrauchte und schmutzige Gemeinschaftsräume

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und alles da, was benötigt wird, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffeekapsel, Spülmaschinentab. Das Bett war bequem, Tisch und Stuhl 👍

Sehr unangenehm war der Geruch in der restlichen Wohnung, da die anderen Gäste (wohl Montagearbeiter), wenn sie anwesend waren, mit sämtlich geöffneten Fenstern und Türen vor dem Haus rauchten und alles in der Wohnung stank (und nicht nur so, als würde nur vor der Tür geraucht werden, sondern wie eine abgestandene Raucherwohnung). Als Nichtraucher kaum auszuhalten. Die Küche wäre toll, wenn man da auch kochen könnte, allerdings stand dasselbe eingeweichte Kochgeschirr die ganzen 4 Tage unberührt und schmutzig auf dem Herd und der Spüle und erst als die Männer wieder kochen wollten, wurde es gespült, um nach dem kochen wieder schmutzig auf dem Herd stehen zu bleiben. Man hatte nicht das Bedürfnis, dort kochen zu wollen. Der Rhythmus der Männer ist außerdem nicht mit dem Schlafbedürfnis anderer Gäste zu vereinbaren, da diese jede Nacht um 3 Uhr, wenig rücksichtsvoll und lautstark türenknallend, aktiv wurden. Ich finde, dass im Angebotstext der Wohnung erwähnt werden muss, dass es sich um bewohnte Monteurwohnungen handelt. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte leider der Schalter für den Rolladen nicht, sodass man abends das Licht nicht einschalten wollte, um nicht das Gefühl zu haben, beim Umziehen und im Bett auf dem Präsentierteller zu sein (ein blickdichter Vorhang wäre stattdessen auch ok) . Schade, denn die Wohnung ist im Grunde sehr schön und das Zimmer selbst war auch sehr sauber. Toilettenpapier habe ich selbst nachgefüllt, das reichte nicht für die ganzen Leute, die währenddessen dort in der Wohnung waren.

Ein großer Fehler

Die Lage ist gut, recht ruhig.

Als ich auf meiner Etage ankam, war das Erste, was ich sah, ein betrunkener Mann, der im Badezimmer direkt gegenüber meinem Zimmer rauchte. Danach fühlte ich mich überhaupt nicht mehr sicher. Die Idee dieser Unterkunft ist eigentlich gut: drei Zimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer und einer gemeinsamen Küche. Das funktioniert jedoch nur, wenn man die gesamte Etage zusammen mit Freunden oder Bekannten bucht. Ich habe diese Art der Unterkunft zum ersten Mal ausprobiert und habe keine Lust mehr, so zu experimentieren. Ich musste für die zweite Nacht eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Meine Mitbewohner waren offenbar Bauarbeiter oder andere Arbeiter, die die ganze Nacht ständig die Türen zuknallten – besonders ab drei Uhr morgens. Erst nachdem sie gegangen waren, konnte ich endlich das Badezimmer benutzen. Die Küche war so schmutzig, dass ich sie gar nicht nutzen wollte. Auch das Badezimmer war dreckig, und selbst am nächsten Tag roch es dort noch nach Zigaretten. Ich bin wirklich überrascht, dass diese Unterkunft auf Booking so gute Bewertungen erhalten hat. Ich kann sie niemandem empfehlen.

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Der PIN Code wechselte und man muss in Mails suchen, welcher gilt. In der Gemeinschaftsküche und dem Gemeinschaftsbad, hat man die gewünschte Sauberkeit bei Auszug nicht im Griff. Klagen kamen keine, aber dem Risiko muss man sich bewusst sein.
