I really enjoyed the privacy, security, and cozy atmosphere of the place.
The drainage pipes seem to be clogged and are emitting a foul smell. I would also suggest laying gravel in the compound to prevent sand from being tracked into the rooms during the rainy season.

The property was good value.
The mats in the bathroom were dirty. There were minimal utensils in the kitchen. The place could do with a good clean. My husband fixed the toilet (he’s a plumber). We didn’t have water in the morning until we asked for it. Someone lit a fire in the backyard just as we were about to sleep.

Le logment était vraiment spacieux. Quelques petits commerces à proximité. Près du campus. Les airs climatisés fonctionnait, les chauffe-eaux aussi.
je ne crois pas que le ménage a été fait avant notre arrivée, surtout les salles de bain et la cuisine. Pas de serviette contrairement à l'annonce, l'électricité a été coupé plus tot que prévu sans que nous l'ayons "busté", une chance que l'on partait dans les heures suivantes. La cuisine "tout équipé" ne l'était clairement pas, pas de couteau ni de ciseaux, etc. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas vraiment. Aucune insonorisation.
