Tolle Lage am Meer, ruhig, Massage, Restaurant und Wäscherei gleich ums Eck.

Very nice villa. We had the 2 bedroom villa. Just a 20 second walk from the beach. As mentioned by the owner, you have to taken into account the tides when you want to go into the sea, but still a very nice view en very calm sea. If you walk a bit further on the beach there is a very good restaurant (the Mud) and next to Villa Liconia is a small coffee bar with a good vibe and good coffee
The location is a bit far from the more touristic areas. You need to rent a scooter or order a grab to go somewhere. But if you enjoy peace and quite then this is the place to go

10/10. Best value for money in all Koh Samui. New houses, plenty of space inside, free parking spaces, big refrigerator, brand new tv with netflix, everything is modern, this place looks even better than in photos. Perfect quiet location, beach is empty, pool is amazing, big and clean, you can watch sunsets everyday from the pool or from the beach and have a romantic evening. Also if you need markets or 7eleven its 4-5minutes away with scooter. Definetaly will come back here again in the future.

Das Personal war super, Reinigungskräfte und Empfang sehr herzliche Menschen und immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist toll, dass es sich um einen Salzwasserpool handelt von guter Qualität, perfekt, um morgens ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abseits vom Trubel, genau das richtige, um sich zu entspannen. Wichtig ist, dass man ein fahrbaren Untersatz hat (Roller/Auto).
Die Unterkunft könnte einen großen Spiegel im Wohnbereich vertragen, leider gab es nur ein Spiegel im Badezimmer.
