The property is magical! The location is incredible and we loved being immersed in nature, with Knysna turacos having raucous interaction in the surrounding trees and bushbuck cautiously walking through the forest at the back of the property.
The house is well equiped and had everything we needed.
The outdoor shower was a hit and the indoor fireplace kept us warm and cosy every evening, while playing boardgames and building puzzles.
Due to the huge amount of rain recently, the house did smell very musky and damp when we first arrived, but once we opened windows for airflow it was much better and the owners have a dehumidifier in the house that helped greatly. :)

The space of the lovely wood cottage was great. We felt private and had allot of options for board games, cutlery, spaces to relax at. We even spotted bush pig, bush buck and beautiful bird songs.
