Dirty, bedsheets with body fluids and hair

The apartment was not cleaned, there was thick layer of dust in the corners. Bedsheets were not changed, residuals of body fluids and hair. Host refused to change them, after several calls they offered that I can drive home, request a free refund (it was paid in advance), and they will accept it. I could not do it technically on booking, and they simply do not do anything since then. I have now received the response from booking.com that they could not come to an agreement with the host, and will not refund my money. We had to drive 2 hours in the night with my kids.

koszos , poros volt sok minden, ágynemű koszos (párnán, paplanon, lepedőn hajszálak, kosz foltok, morzsa, fiókban csokipapír, kanapé poros és morzsás, pókok és pókháló sok helyen. A 4 sávos forgalmas főútra néző zárt szobaablakokon keresztül is zajos, aludni nem nagyon lehet.

Unhygienisch, kein Warmwasser – völlig inakzeptabel

Das Apartment war leider in einem sehr schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Die Böden waren stark verschmutzt, überall lagen lange Haare, und auf den Matratzen befanden sich große Flecken. Außerdem gab es kein Warmwasser. Auch die sichtbaren Feuchtigkeitsschäden und die unfertige Reparatur an der Decke waren besorgniserregend. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für uns nicht akzeptabel.

In this heat you should have informed that there is no air conditioning in the apartment, none of us could sleep tonight because of the warmth 🥵 The WiFi did not worked and there was no pressure in the water in the shower, and the water was cold.
