Everything was fine, the rooms were nice. and the location was also easy to access.
My experience:-
I saw two staff members in the hotel, the young one was very calm and nice but the older one was very rude, (his hairs were a little white) He doesn't know how to talk to the customer.
there were two of us, we had to go out somewhere at 12 am because it was feeling a little suffocated and wanted to have some fresh air, so the staff said that we do not allow going out at this time of night.. why?? This is our personal life, we can go anywhere, do anything, what do you mean by this??
Everything else was absolutely fine, just make the hot water facility a little better, the other young staff was very nice. Well, No hate for anyone.

This is actually an office building and one floor has been converted to a hotel. The elevators don't work at night

Dealing of your staff very good.
Bathroom is very small and need improvement /repair. Leakage of water, flash system etc.
