Holiday ❘ Couple
We are from Australia. We stayed at this hotel the 1st time for 2 nights and 2nd time for 8 nights in February 2026. During our stay, we mainly dealt with 3 staff members (Julie, Clara & Cagney) from the front desk. They all are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We had some difficulty with Booking.com, that’s when we happened to meet the hotel manager “Solo”. Solo went out of his way to help us regarding Booking.com and other matters. We really appreciate his efforts.
We enjoyed our stay in DB stay. In our next trip to Kuching, we will be staying here.
It’s a clean, new hotel. PS: Good hot shower.

No breakfast provided. Location wise you must have a car for getting around easily.
No dryer in the room. They will provide upon request. The bathroom no divider.

I liked that the hotel is clean and comfortable, with a generally pleasant atmosphere. The room was decent and suitable for a short stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
While the stay was generally fine, the soundproofing needs improvement. We understand that this place also serves as a community venue. However, there was loud music at night, making it difficult for us to sleep. Out of our 3 night stay, 2 nights were affected by noise. Hopefully, this can be improved for future guests. :)
