The property is new and well cleaned. Staff is accommodating and very friendly.

Es waren alle sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben erst zwei Nächte dort geschlafen aber haben jetzt wieder zwei Nächte dort gebucht da es uns super gefallen hat. Die Lage ist super. Nicht direkt im Geschehen aber alles zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.
Durch den Aufenthalt bekommt man außerdem 10% auf alle spa Leistungen nebenan. Im Spa war der Service auch super. Sie waren sehr nett und es hat wirklich gut getan dort mal ein Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Außerdem zu betonen ist, dass die Kommunikation wirklich gut war da die Mitarbeiter im Hotel wirklich gutes Englisch gesprochen haben. Im spa war es bisschen schwerer aber nichts was man wirklich bemängelt könnte. Der Wäsche Service war auch gut, schnell und auch preiswert. Unsere Taschen konnten wir auch ohne Probleme den ganzen Tag über lagern, am abreisetag, da unser weiter Transfer erst sehr spät abends kam.
Alles in allem war das Hotel super und ich freu mich schon wieder zu kommen und würde es auch immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

Nieuwe hotelkamers en ruim bed, schuifpui zodat je een soort balkon creeerde
Erg luidruchtig, 24/7 herrie. Ligt aan een drukke marktstraat en tegenover highschool waar het dagelijks 2x een exodus aan scooters is
