Apartament senzill i correcte pel preu, però amb un problema important de ventilació i calor.

L’apartament és senzill però correcte tenint en compte el preu. En general compleix amb el necessari per passar-hi no masses dies i la relació qualitat-preu és raonable.

El principal problema va ser la calor. Vam coincidir amb una setmana calorosa i l’apartament ventila molt poc, de manera que s’hi acumula molta calor i es fa difícil descansar còmodament. Els espais i la cuina són petits, els llits són millorables.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung hätte so viel Potential, wenn man einiges reparieren und sanieren würde.

Leider ist die Wohnung in keinem guten Zustand. Die Eingangstreppen sind abgebrochen (ein Stück liegt sogar daneben), die Rollläden funktioniert teilweise nicht und man muss sie mit der Hand schließen, ein Griff am Küchenschrank ist abgebrochen, der Tisch aufm Balkon kaputt, die eine Balkontür schließt nicht richtig, keinen Mülleimer im Bad und keinen vernünftigen Mülleimer (offenen Eimer) in der Küche sowie nur eine Mülltüte, was bei einem Armeisenproblem problematisch war. Angeblich sollte es Armeisenfallen geben. Wir haben keine gesehen. Die Wände und das Balkongeländer bräuchten mal einen neuen Anstrich. Ab Tag 2 hatten wir kein warmes Wasser mehr. Der Schlüssel muss im Ort bei der Vermietungsfirma abgeholt werden. Was mit Auto aber kein Problem war. Auch war die Kommunikation gut mit der Firma und der Check-In hat super geklappt. Es sollte auch jemand für Warmwasser kommen, allerdings wurde kein konkreter Termin vereinbart, sodass wir dann unterwegs waren. Insgesamt haben wir uns leider nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Was u.a an dem Zustand der Wohnung und der leider recht lieblos eingerichteten Wohnung lag. Es gab keine Deko und kein einziges Bild o.ä. an der Wand. Die Küchenausstattung war aber okay. Auch wenn der Weinöffner verrostet war und in einem Glas ein Silberfisch im Schrank war. Wichtig zu wissen ist auch noch, dass es nur einen Standventilator gibt. In unser Zeit war es in Port de la Selva außergewöhnlich heiß, sodass es sehr stickig in der Wohnung war und es für den Balkon (Südost-Seite) keinen Sonnenschutz gab. Leider können wir für den Preis die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Wirklich sehr schade, da die Lage echt top war. Quasi direkt bei einem Sonnenuntergangsspot und tollen Buchten.

Logement inadapté pour l'hiver

Les renseignements de l'agence étaient clairs, le dispositif de récupération des clefs facile à trouver et à utiliser.

Ce n'est pas du tout un logement d'hiver, nous avons énormément souffert du froid et de fait, très peu dormi car nous ne pouvions pas, par sécurité laisser le système de chauffage au gaz allumé pendant que nous dormions ou étions absents. La douche était une épreuve à cause du froid ambiant. Les joints de la douche sont noircis c'est dommage tout comme les marches de l'entrée qui sont casséeset donnent une mauvaise impression. La literie est bien, les draps propres.la porte fenêtre dans la chambre principale ne jointe pas et l'air froid s'y engouffre. La tv est bien présente mais il n'y a pas de chaînes disponibles. En bref, comme nous l'avons dit à l'agence ce n'est pas un logement d'hiver. Il est sûrement parfait pour l'été.
