Recepção do responsável do apartamento, muito prestativo e de fácil comunicação,bem educado. Perto de alguns comércios e restaurantes.

Vizinho ao lado tem uma rede que fica fazendo barulho na parede do apartamento que incomoda muito. Varanda do apartamento com odor horrível de urina de cachorro. Condomínio com visão de abandono,com paredes com tintas velhas, luminárias apagadas e elevador sem funcionar. Estacionamento muito ruim o acesso e bem ingrime, preferir deixar o carro na rua. Rua de acesso a noite bastante esquisita.

Vizinho ao lado tem uma rede que fica fazendo barulho na parede do apartamento que incomoda muito. Varanda do apartamento com odor horrível de urina de cachorro. Condomínio com visão de abandono,com paredes com tintas velhas, luminárias apagadas e elevador sem funcionar. Estacionamento muito ruim o acesso e bem ingrime, preferir deixar o carro na rua. Rua de acesso a noite bastante esquisita.
