The staff were lovely, very responsive and helpful. The property is in a good location, a 5 minute walk from the beach. The bed was comfortable and clean.

I am not sure how this property has been rated so highly. The first night we were there, the bathroom drains smelt so badly that they made the whole room smell awful. We asked to switch rooms and the new room smelt fine, but the hot water tap in the shower basically didn't work so our showers were cold. There were a lot of cobwebs in our room. The WiFi mostly didn't work. The kitchen was poorly equipped meaning you couldn't cook much. The exceptional high rating that this property has is very misleading.
