This was a last-minute reservation made through Booking.com, and I was immediately impressed by the speed, efficiency, and professionalism of the response I received from the property, within just a few minutes of making the booking.
Zena responded promptly to my request for an airport taxi and was exceptionally polite, courteous, and helpful. Raghav then took over the airport transfer arrangements, communicated with me regarding my preferred route, and personally met me at the airport. When I mentioned that I would like to have dinner, he went the extra mile and promptly arranged a meal for me from a local restaurant.
Upon arrival at the property, Zena swiftly organised my check-in at reception, while my luggage was taken care of and I was personally escorted to my apartment.
The apartment itself was outstanding, a beautifully designed, spacious, open-plan luxury accommodation that provided exactly the kind of comfort and tranquillity I needed.
The apartment was exceptionally well presented, with a spacious and extremely comfortable bed, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality, responsiveness, attention to detail, and personal care shown by Zena and Raghav. Despite this being a last-minute booking, the entire experience was seamless, welcoming, and highly professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would gladly stay here again.

キッチン付きの部屋で調理器具と食器は揃っている。電子レンジが使えるのは良い。トレーニングジムがある。
洗濯機のある部屋と無い部屋があり、今回は無かった。寝室に入るとWiFiが届かなくなる。
洗濯機が無いのにタオル類を一度も変えてくれなかった。清掃員が不愛想で威圧感があり、終わっても何も言わず消えていく。

This is an apartment hotel, with a beautiful modern fully furnished set-up. The place is big and comfortable giving a relaxed feel which is much welcome when travelling. Self catering is possible with everything one would need.
Just a caution, when booking and going through the pictures, please be mindful of the room choice because the bedroom you booked will be the one open and others will be looked.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room. The room and the hallways were spotless and the outside was clean and free of cluster. All the listed amnesties were available and the staff was very professional, friendly, available and dependable. The director Satchi, the receptionists Oliver, Zeyna and Maguette, the driver Cheikh Bara, and all the security staff were very polite and helpful, and provided clear directions and tips about navigating in the city. The hotel is located about 20 minutes of a paisible walk to and from the Diamniadio Train Express sation and downtown Dakar is 35 minutes away from the Diamniadio Train Express sation. Overall, I have liked my stay at Hotel Apartment Majestic Manor and appreciated the customer service of its dedicated hotel staff. I recommend this hotel for stays in the Pole Urbain of Diamniadio (new city of Diamniadio). Thanks to all the hotel staff, to Emma! and Cheikh! You are awesome! See you again!
