pleasant staff
Hotiday is a 3rd party not hotel , i was in Nimbus hotel . and because the room was already paid for, there was nothing I could do or cancel. The first night I was given a room next to the reception, where you could hear absolutely everything, At my request, they moved me to another room that had a small window and it was more like I was in a basement.
