The host family were friendly and kind. The location was beautiful and quiet.

初めてのユルタでの宿泊で、少し不安でしたが全く問題はありませんでした。清潔な布団と、夜には薪ストーブを焚いてくださり、快適に過ごせました。到着時にはお茶やパン、ジャム、お菓子でもてなしてくださり、お母さんが作る夕飯、朝食もとても美味しかったです。アラコル湖までのホーストレッキングの予約も可能で、とても満足度の高い宿泊となりました。

The yurts were comfortable and warm with the heater. The food was delicious! It is a short walk to the hot springs for a small fee. They organised the yurts so that myself and my partner had a whole yurt to ourselves which was much appreciated after Ala Kul hike. It was quiet enough for them to do this though. Beautiful location.

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils, particulièrement la grand-mère, toujours prête à servir du thé et à essayer d’échanger malgré la barrière de la langue. On sent une vraie volonté de bien accueillir les voyageurs et j’ai beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse.
Le niveau de confort et de service est vraiment minimal, même pour un camp de yourtes. J’en ai fait plusieurs au Kirghizistan et je savais donc à quoi m’attendre, mais celui-ci était clairement parmi les plus rudimentaires. Le feu dans ma yourte n’a duré que quelques instants et c'est la seule nuit en yourte où j'ai vraiment eu froid malgré mon équipement.
La barrière de la langue complique aussi beaucoup les échanges puisqu’il est impossible de communiquer en anglais. Cela peut créer quelques malentendus : on m’a par exemple proposé le dîner sans pouvoir m’expliquer qu’il était en supplément. J’ai donc naturellement pensé qu’il était inclus avant qu’on me demande 8 € après le repas. Je n’ai pas eu l’impression que cela était volontaire, mais c’était assez déroutant et un peu frustrant sur le moment.
Le rapport qualité-prix m’a malgré tout semblé assez moyen, le tarif étant déjà plutôt élevé pour le niveau de confort et les services proposés
Enfin, il faut savoir que le camp est l’un des derniers en arrivant dans la vallée d’Altyn Arashan. Il faut donc continuer environ 1 km, soit encore 20 à 25 minutes sur un chemin assez difficile. Après plusieurs heures de randonnée pour atteindre la vallée, cette dernière portion paraît franchement longue.
Au final, des propriétaires adorables et bien intentionnés, mais une expérience très rudimentaire avec un service minimum. Quelques améliorations rendraient le rapport qualité-prix beaucoup plus convaincant.
