Breakfast was good except limited choices to choose from.
Location is good.
1. The door to my balcony room was not securely locked (required a padlock but there was none) which made me feel insecure. I had to talk to the lady at the reception and it was sorted though with a very tiny padlock.
2. Late deliveries of order; I made order for evening tea (Black tea) and it was delivered after two hours.
3. No proper record keeping for guests; I paid for my second night (evening of 16th May 2026) and on checking out in the morning (17th May 2026) I was being asked to make payments; I left the lady at the reception to sort it out with the man i paid to (he claimed he didn't remember me making payments, but i had witnesses during the payments). Please, note that during my stay no receipts of payments were given to me.
