I am demanding a refund of € 99, when I had to book a room at Hotel Scandic Eden for the first night

The room was clean and good. There was everything, what I needed.

I did not get the correct code. For that reason I booked the room Scandic Hotel (125 €). Second night the code was still wrong. It took one hourt that I get the key.At first, I get wrong advices. I had myself realized that Nanso street was 600 meters away from the property. There were three doors and on the last one was there the code machine. It has taken 20 minits that I found the correct door. When I came back from the party at night, I couldn´t get in with the code again. I had to call customer service, The taxi was waiting to make sure I could get in. I paid an extra € 10 for that and the expensive call.

Avaimen nouto ohjeistus oli väärään osoitteeseen. Löytyi lopulta ja asunto oli kaikinpuolin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla.

Huoneisto oli siisti, hiljainen ja hyvällä paikalla. Asunnossa kaikki tarvittava.

Patterit olivat aivan kylmät vaikka säädetty täysille. Asunnossa oli melko viileä. Ilmastointia ei pystynyt säätämään, joten vedontunnetta tuntui.

Huoneisto oli siisti, hiljainen ja hyvällä paikalla. Asunnossa kaikki tarvittava.
