Prestations pas en phase avec le prix

Le logement était bien situé, très proche du centre ville. Parking payant possible le long du cimetière en face du logement. Tarif parking peu cher.

Appartement au RDC donnant dans la rue, très bruyant et vis à vis si on ouvre la fenêtre par temps de canicule. Les WC étaient mal fixés au sol.

L' emplacement de ce studio.

Le studio un peu fonctionnel et manque de confort. Une seule fenêtre sans rideaux : une salle de bains dont l'interrupteur est situé à l 'autre extrémité de la pièce, des toilettes qui bougent ainsi qu'une porte de douche qui ne ferme pas correctement. L' ensemble donne une impression de logement peu pratique et insuffisamment entretenu. Au regard de ces différents points, je ne recommande pas ce studio.

Très bon emplacement, tout est conforme au descriptif, bonne réactivité aux questions.

Correspond parfaitement au descriptif, emplacement idéal entre gare et centre ville, accès très facile, ménage umpeccable très bonne réactivité en réponse aux questions

Literie de type clic-clac, un vrai matelas serait un plus. Attention dans l'interface d'arrivée apparaissent 2 digicodes et 2 codes de boîte à clés différents... sans doute un souci d'actualisation. Mais bien sûr on comprend rapidement lesquels sont les bons donc pas très grave.
