Good location a short walk from the promenade and town centre. Very large, comfortable bed. Basically, a good, spacious property, well fitted out in a good location and dog friendly.
There's no getting away from that the property needed a deep clean (not even that to clear the dust off some of the surfaces) to clean carpets and floors - even a curtain in the bathroom was somehow filthy. Mugs had been left out with complimentary biscuits (nice touch!) but the mugs had clearly not been washed. I get that in August prices are high, but it's poor to have such a low standard of cleanliness.
Maintenance is also required including fixing a window that doesn't close, a door that won't open and a toilet that isn't properly bolted down.
You're also at the mercy of people upstairs - I don't know if they were heavy footed or if it just sounded it.

The location was superb. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable and well equipped. Only let down by the plumbing. The bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced but no major issues experienced.
The bathroom and kitchen need updating. The plumbing and electrics are past their useful life and should be replaced before they become a hazard.

Spotlessly clean perfect wouldn't hesitate to stay here again well equipped and shops and food 2 minutes away .

Great location.Comfortable bed
Uncomfortable suite,sit upright not relaxing.Outdoor furniture used as dining furniture, really difficult to move on a carpet so struggled to move into good position to eat.Bathroom very tight, mirror for a man shaving need to be 5ft to see in it! Had to give shower a good clean on arrival.Barely any feel of a seaside retreat.Stripped bare of character, everything beige.Poor provision of basics.It cost us £70 to buy cleaning materials.Also had to buy a second coffee pot as the one provided only made one cup.Smell of damp on each return despite opening window when in.
