Really beautiful apartment, perfectly located for walking around Midway; not set up for cooking.

A really beautiful apartment - someone put a lot of thought into the decor. Location is perfect - easy walk to all the restaurants and shops on the main street in Midway, but just off the main street so, quiet. A really lovely space. Comfy beds. Easy parking. Dog friendly!

Kitchen is minimally equipped, so making meals is challenging. There is a plug-in countertop burner (no oven), and very few kitchen implements, and no table at which to eat. If you plan to eat out and/or do cold breakfasts, this is no drawback. It would be nice to add maybe a little bistro table in the living room corner in the alcove next to the windows, even just for coffee/breakfast/take out. Also, there seemed to be no insulation in the plumbing because it took quite a long time to get water that wasn't tepid.
