De ligging is op loopafstand van het centrum (hellende weg, circa 15 minuten lopen ). Appartement Top 6 heeft een wasmachine en een klein balkon van circa 1,5 x 5 meter met 2 stoelen en tafeltje en kijkt uit op de rivier de Traun.
Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt, lege flessen shampoo van vorige gasten stonden nog in de douche en veel spinnenwebben. Er was geen verduistering voor de deur naar het balkon waardoor het in de woonkamer erg warm werd. Hier hebben we zelf een handdoek voor gehangen. Gedurende ons verblijf van 7 nachten hing er constant wasgoed op rekjes in de halletjes voor de appartementen. Tuin was niet goed bijgehouden en de containers buiten puilden uit met afval. Contact met de eigenaar ging heel moeizaam.

Die Lage, fussläufig zum Stadtzentrum!
Nah zur Badestelle in der Traun.
Alles hat tipptopp funktioniert!
Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt, sehr vorteilhaft.
Parkplätze gibt drei vorm Haus, wenn man Glück hat. (Aber es gibt genügend öffentliche Parkplätze!)
Wäsche war leider etwas muffig.

We had our own kitchen with fridge, cupboards and dishwasher. There was also a washing machine, machine for drying clothes and shower was spacious enough. Location was also good, only a few minitues away from lake.
The beds were very hard, and not satysfying to sleep on. TV was mounted on wall, and if there were more people than 2, you'd have to put coach together again. There was not a bigger table for stuff to put on it. Rooms were not spacious enough. Rooms were also dirty, there were flies and spiderwebs. Inside cupboard was a burnt candle. Fridge was filthy at the bottom. Shower was in bedroom, instead of in separate room. Toilet did not include sink, that was in bedroom. Parking difficult, because there were only 3 spaces for all appartments.
