酒店管理及服务很差，前台个别人员态度很不友好。有一天没有房间打扫，电话叫给送几条干净毛巾，足足一个小时没反应，下到前台直接找人帮忙，也站在那里等了20分钟才有人送毛巾过来，很没有客户意识。另外，淋浴间的设计有问题，没有明确的隔断，只有一个浴帘，洗澡的时候操作不注意的话，洗澡间的水都溢出到房间里去
