It's a very spacious apartment. The living room, especially is very spacious with a nice sofa set. There are two bedrooms and both had attached toilets. This was especially convenient since the driver could also stay in the apartment. In fact, our driver was grateful that he got such a comfortable place to stay in for two nights.
The owner, Mr. Srikanth, is himself fond of dogs and our pet beagle Siya felt at home in the apartment. Walking our dog was also not difficult in the cross roads. Although there were quite a few stray dogs, the stick proved to be an adequate deterrent.
Mr. Srikanth is a very helpful man and told me on several occasions that I shouldn't feel bad about calling him for any type of assistance even at odd hours. He has been helpful right from the time when I booked the accommodation.
The location of the homestay is very central and there are all kinds of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. One of the popular restaurants not too far away is Prasanthi.
The house is just a few minutes drive from the mighty Godavari river which is the most attractive tourist spot.
There is no parking facility for guest vehicles inside the premises but there is an open space nearby where we could park.
There was a gas stove but there was no gas cylinder. Mr. Srikanth had kept a 20 litres RO water jar but the water dispenser was broken and unusable. Closer attention to such details would be helpful.
One of the bedroom doors required a lot of force to open especially when my wife closed it tightly.
I felt a very mild shock from the taps in the toilet but I must admit that my wife did not feel any such thing.
Some facility to hang clothes in the toilets is also required. A floor wiper would also help.
Mr. Srikant promised that he will attend to these observations.
