Ideale Empfehlung für Aufenthalte in Regensburg und Donau- Umland.

Wohnung groß, Wohnraum mit gemütlichem Ecksofa und großem Esstisch. Keine unnötigen Schränke, sondern praktische Regalständer in den Schlafzimmern. Küche bestens ausgestattet. Überdachter möblierter Balkon. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Umgebung: Nähe zu Regensburg, sowie Kelheim und Walhalla. Fußläufig zum Donaudeich und zur Brauereigaststätte um die Ecke. Kurze Autofahrt nach Bad Abbach zum "Zirngibl" mit bestem Essen.

Das kleine Schlafzimmer heizt sich schnell auf bei warmem Wetter und ist schlecht zu lüften. Glocken der Kirche in der Nähe läuten jede Viertelstunde und auch in der Nacht!
