Camera spatioasa cu balcon, curatenie, personal amabil, curatenie zilnică, hotel deschis recent chiar langa statia de tramvai T1. Multe restaurante, magazine in zona. Loc de parcare in față gratuit.

Am petrecut 3 nopți minunate aici, fiind deja la a doua vizită. Hotelul excelează la capitolul facilități și locație, fiind perfect conectat la transportul public. Personalul și managerul merită toate laudele pentru cât sunt de grijulii și atenți. Atenția lor pentru detalii este atât de mare încât am fost întrebată în fiecare zi dacă nu doresc micul dejun, deoarece au observat că nu îl serveam (eu personal nu mănânc dimineața). Recomand cu încredere acest hotel pentru o experiență fără cusur în Istanbul!

Qui Hotel & Spa is located in a very strategic location, a 1-minute walk 🚶♂️ for two tram 🚊 stations, almost 15-20 minutes from Sultanahmet/ Blue Masque; you can also find bus station close by so you move freely to other locations; the facility is clean and neat; sound proofing is v.good considering the suite view is right on the main street; staff are nice and supportive, they showed a high level of responsibility and eagerness to support whenever needed.
The room has a small balcony where you can enjoy a nice evening with a small cup of tea 🍵/ coffee ☕️.
Although I am not a person who has breakfast always, it would be nice if they serve a more diversified and rich Turkish-like breakfast.
Laundry service is not included and not available in the hotel; you have to manage it yourself, which is something you might like to handle as a stranger.

I love the hospitality and kindness of the manager, staff of the Hotel.
They were exceptionally kind and helpful answering all our requests.
The hygiene was superb and the style of the hotel very modern, cosy and relaxing.
I am so happy the arranged everything the rooms and the parking in advance.
Location is fantastic near to trams, busses and near to important locations.
I recommend and will come again soon.
